Normally, the train your skills day is truly the kickstart of your expert training. There are also participants for whom it is more suitable to have a practical day somewhere around the middle or perhaps at the end of the training. They often want to thoroughly review everything and practice on trial clients. Practically speaking, this may not be feasible for you because you live far away. However, let me walk you through the content of a Train your skills day.

Content of Train Your Skills Day

On this day, you learn by seeing, experiencing, and doing in my salon. I always advise watching the video of the full session beforehand so that the deepening in the ASMR Head Massage has already begun. If you have already looked around and read in the online learning environment, you will get the most out of your practical day! Be sure to write down your questions before that time!

Of course, there are always solutions. For example, some participants train remotely and are satisfied with the learning environment and support remotely.

Ask and learn coaching: we schedule up to max. four "Ask and learn" coaching sessions of 45 minutes each, during which I answer your questions via a video Google Meet, WhatsApp, or FaceTime call.
Skills coaching: we schedule up to max. four "Skills" coaching sessions of 45 minutes each, during which I watch through a live video connection via Google Meet, WhatsApp, or FaceTime. During these live coaching sessions, I give you tips and tricks while you practice various steps of the session on your trial client.

You choose what suits you best from the above and combine "Ask and learn" coaching with "Skills" coaching. In total, you can schedule max. four sessions during your training at times that fit your learning style. Alternatively, you can fly me in to the place where you want to practice, and we will meet live and create a customized train your skills day.

In this training, you will learn a session focused on the face, neck, and décolleté, with the client lying on their back for the entire duration. The ASMR triggers used include jade rollers, extensive gentle hair play, gua sha stones, a hairpin, fragrance mists, and pleasant sounds. The client will leave feeling fully relaxed. The session lasts for 60 minutes.
